You’ve probably seen a lot of sunscreen advertisements.
The most recent ones feature people wearing sunscreen to their faces to protect themselves from the sun.
But do you actually know how to wear it?
Cosmetologist and sunscreen advocate Lizzie Withers has a plan to make you understand.
Withers, who was recently honored for her work at Cosmetic Surgery in Santa Clara, California, has teamed up with Cosmetology Licensing to bring you a guide to the art of sunscreen use.
The first step is understanding what sunscreen actually does, and then understanding the different ingredients.
Here are the steps for how to use sunscreen in the future.
“Sunscreen contains a lot more than just the sunscreen ingredient and the active ingredients,” Witherers told The Verge.
“It also contains a very unique ingredient called oxygen, which is a very high-energy chemical that is the main ingredient in the sunscreen molecule itself.
Oxygen is very important in the process of absorbing UV light.
When you use sunscreen to prevent UV damage, oxygen is actually what helps to absorb the UV light, allowing the sunscreen to work.”
For example, Witherings points out that, when you put on a sunscreen, the molecule that’s inside of it absorbs the UV rays from the skin.
Then, when the sunscreen wears off, the oxygen molecules are broken down by the skin, producing water molecules.
Now that you know how the sunscreen works, you can then get to learning how to apply sunscreen properly.
For one thing, Withering recommends taking the sunscreen out of your hands.
You can do this with your fingers or the side of your palm, but you want to make sure that you’re using the right side.
Instead of just rubbing it on your face, Wuthers suggests using a wet cloth to wipe off any sunscreen residue.
She also recommends using a small piece of skin to apply the sunscreen directly to your face.
This technique is called “rubbing sunscreen on the face.”
Once you have that spot covered with sunscreen, you want the sunscreen on your cheeks and neck, Wethers says.
Next, Without the use of a hand or a cloth, Wathers says you want your sunscreen on just under your eye.
If you’re going to be at a spa, you’ll want your skin to be very well hydrated and sunscreen on all parts of your body.
But don’t worry, the beauty of sunscreen is that it is a product that can be worn in any position, Wothers says.
It can be applied to any part of your skin and cover any part.
Sunscreen is also one of the most effective ways to prevent skin cancer.
Witheres says that if you apply sunscreen to your neck or cheeks, the sunscreen will be absorbed into your skin.
But if you’re more concerned about the appearance of the sunburn, you might want to skip sunscreen altogether.
Even though it is often said that sunscreen is for sun-worshippers, Wythers says it can be useful for people who are sensitive to the sun, and want to protect their skin from the damaging effects of the UV.
While you might be able to protect yourself from the direct sun by wearing sunscreen, Wethrs recommends that you don’t do this unless you are going to the beach.
And even then, Wathrs suggests you dont let your sunscreen sit on your skin for more than a few hours.
